Dan Maskell Tennis Trust is committed to protecting your personal information, to being transparent about what we do with it, and to using your personal information in accordance with all applicable laws concerning the protection of personal information. We do not want to do anything with your information you wouldn’t reasonably expect.

Personal Data

We hold all or some of the following personal information about you:

  • Full name
  • Address – place of business and home
  • Email address
  • Telephone number – landlines and mobile

We shall never share your personal information with third parties

Communications

The main method of communication is via email for which we send out our quarterly Newsletter and announcements about specific events. 

We either email you directly or via the email marketing system Campaign Monitor.

You may unsubscribe from our communications at any time either by using the unsubscribe button or by emailing info@danmaskelltennistrust.org.uk

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service Privacy Policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Major Online Auction Launched in Conjunction with eBay

From Thursday 24th August – Sunday 3rd September, DMTT is running an online auction on eBay to raise funds for our grant funding programme for people with disabilities who play tennis.
