Saturday 29th & Sunday 30th April 2023 at OXSTALLS SPORTS PARK TENNIS CENTRE, GLOUCESTER
This is a social doubles event for recreational players who enter as individuals (partners to be allocated). You will play approx 3 short matches on Saturday all with different partners and then on Sunday a draw will be made of groups, depending on points accrued Saturday. On Sunday you will keep the same partner for the day.
A dinner will be held on Saturday evening 29th April at the Delta Marriott Cheltenham Chase Hotel
ENTRY FEES
No accommodation: £10 per player
Bed & Breakfast (twin room on 29th April only) & the Tournament Dinner: £100 per player (we can allocate a room partner where possible) *Note there is a £60 supplement for a single room if you do not want to share*
Family entry for junior players, Bed & Breakfast (family room on 29th April only for up to two adults and two children) & the Tournament Dinner (for all 4): £250
Accommodation at the Delta Marriott Cheltenham Chase Hotel
TOURNAMENT DINNER can also be booked for those not staying at the Hotel or for partners/friends/family at £30 per person for a two course meal.
Sign in and play to begin on Saturday 29th April at midday and event should finish at 4pm on Sunday 30th April.Entries and payment to be made by Friday 24 March 2023
Recreational Wheelchair Tennis Doubles Event 2021
Unfortunately, due to the ongoing situation with the pandemic and restrictions, the decision has been taken not to run this event in 2021.
We very much hope to return to Gloucester in 2022 – the date likely to be the first Bank Holiday weekend in May.
We shall keep you informed with further information, however, if you are interested in playing next year, please contact Lynn Parker and she will add your name to the distribution list.
